The Leelawadee House built in 2015 is a beautiful and comfortable villa located in Lipa Noi, south - west part of Koh Samui Island. Lipa Noi is a quiet area with one of the most beautiful beaches on island. The villa is suitable for 6 adults and even 3 children and baby.

The Leelawadee is located in safety area of Lipa Noi, just 1,5 km from the most beautiful Lipa Noi beach with everything needed within 200 m from the house. House is family friendly, even small pets are welcome. The house is non-smoking, fully furnished, surrounded by garden. It consists of huge living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and terrace with outside sitting. The house is both superbly suitable for families with children and companies of friends or couples. The stay in the villa is great value for money. The price per night is calculated for whole house.

The rooms

Three spacious and airy bedrooms accommodate up to 6 adult guests, 3 children (if they sleep in parents bed) and one baby for which a baby cot is at disposal. Each of the bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and comfortable king-size beds. Bedrooms are fully furnished and the bed linen and towels are provided. One bedroom is also equipped with TV. Each bedroom can be locked.
